Our story
“Swaagat” means welcome.
It is the first word our guests hear, and the idea behind everything we do. Our chefs cook the dishes of their home regions the way they were taught — spices toasted and ground by hand, sauces built slowly, bread baked to order against the walls of the tandoor.
The dining room is our love letter to India: hand-painted arches, a wall of brass temple bells and lanterns that glow long into the Lisbon evening.
